Green emerald marquis widow ring

A Reverent Ode

Some projects stay with you long after they leave the bench. 🤍
This ring began its life as an engagement ring, filled with memories of a love that never truly ends. My client, a widow, came to me with a deeply personal request: to honor her marriage, without wearing a piece that invited painful questions about where her husband is now.
Together, we re‑crafted her ring into something new—something that still carries the weight of their story, but in a quieter, more personal way. We added an emerald, the stone of May, the month they were married. An ode to their relationship and a love that continues—just transformed.
This ring isn’t about loss. It’s about love that was real, lasting, and worthy of being carried forward in a way that feels right for her.
It’s an honor when jewelry becomes more than adornment—when it becomes healing, remembrance, and peace.
